Unilever were upgrading and enhancing their SAP system. Decipher Consulting were part of a team brought in to train end-users in the revised business processes and new SAP functionality.

Decipher's consultant designed, developed and delivered training for Procurement (MM) and Advanced Planner and Optimiser (APO) Supply Network Planning (SNP)

This work included:

• Designing courses and writing the course outlines

• Developing training materials and hands-on exercises

• Storyboarding scripts for computer based training (CBT) simulations

• Delivering the training

• Providing post go-live support
