Sabic

Sabic is a manufacturer of petrochemical products based in Saudi Arabia. This large conglomerate also includes a steel production plant. Decipher Consulting were part of the team providing training to end-users of the new system as it was rolled out to one subsidiary company to the next.

Decipher's consultant team led the design, development and delivery of Production Planning (PP) and and Quality Management (QM) training. Included was end-to-end business process training spanning PP, SD, LE, MM and FI/CO SAP modules.

The training media included:

• Online User Guides using Resite
• Online training using STT
• Classroom delivery using PowerPoint presentations and hands-on exercises
• Business Process Communication workshops

In addition to training, Decipher's consultant provided the following services:
