Premier Foods

Premier Foods were implementing SAP and rolling it out to many sites and factories throughout the UK. Decipher Consulting were part of the training team commissioned to design, develop and deliver the training for end-users.

Decipher's consultant designed, developed and delivered training for Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM) for two factory roll-outs and Advanced Planner and Optimiser (APO) Supply Network Planning (SNP) for factored goods procurement. This work included:

• Designing courses and writing course outlines for PP, QM, WM and APO (SNP)

• Developing training materials and exercises for PP, WM (including RF scanners) and APO (SNP)

• Advising and assisting with the development and QM and WM training

• Delivering Plant Maintenance (PM) training

• Developing computer based training (CBT) using SAP Tutor

• Providing support after go-live
