Chanel Warehouse

Croydon Logisitics handle the warehousing needs of Chanel in the UK. They were implementing SAP in the warehouse and Decipher Consulting were commissioned to provide training in the new system to end-users.

Decipher's consultant managed, designed and delivered the training for Warehouse Management (WM) to managers, supervisors and operatives.

This work included:

• Researching and writing the training needs analysis

• Arranging and managing the training schedule

• Designing, developing and delivering the training materials and courses

• Preparing training data

• Business process training

• SAP screen transactions including handling unit management (HUM)

• Radio frequency (RF) scanner training

• Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Post go-live support
