Burberry

Burberry were implementing SAP in their factories and offices. Decipher Consulting were part of the team commissioned to develop and deliver training in the new system to end-users.

Decipher's consultant designed, developed and delivered training for Procurement (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM). Being a fashion retailer, Burberry were implementing the Apparel Footwear Solution (AFS) option of SAP.

The work included:

• Developing work instructions, exercises and simulations using the Info Pak tool

• Developing slides explaining the business processes

• Delivering training, including the use of  radio frequency (RF) scanners in the factories and warehouses
